WebThe survey has been designed to provide a snapshot of issues for young people, particularly in the areas of substance abuse, antisocial behaviour, youth violence and mental health. It also investigates risk and protective factors for these health and problem behaviours within the domains of community, school, family and peer/individual. WebThe Area Prevention Network Centers will use a collective impact model based on the Communities That Care prevention system. It involves individuals from the community coming together to bolster protective factors and reduce risk factors in order to promote healthy child development---leading to healthier families and communities.
