WebIQAS is not as prompt as before again. My application had passed processing time. Called their number, waited 10mins to speak to an agent, and I was finally told my application has not been evaluated. The agent was even telling me that, If I can't wait further, I can withdraw my application to get the application fee refunded minus courier fee. WebIQAS is a peer reviewed, open access journal, published since 1970 by the Arnold Bergstraesser Institute in Freiburg, Germany (until 2016 as Internationales Asienforum).
